A-Radiesse is a filler material comprised of calcium hydroxylapatite which can be used to smooth facial creases and lines and plump the lips.

Q-What are Restylane and Radiesse made of?
A-Restylane is comprised of hyaluronic acid while Radiesse is made of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres.

Q-Who is a candidate for Restylane or Radiesse treatment?
A-Individuals who are looking to improve the appearance of facial creases and lines or those who are interested in plumping the lips may be good candidates for Restylane or Radiesse treatment.

Q-What sort of recovery is there after treatment with Restylane or Radiesse?
A-There is no real downtime or recovery associated with Restylane or Radiesse treatment, though some mild redness or swelling may occur as with any injectable procedure. Nevertheless, most normal activities can be resumed right after treatment.

Q-How long do the results of Restylane and Radiesse last?
A-Restylane results will vary but generally last an average of six months. Radiesse provides longer-lasting results of up to one to two years.
