Financial Arrangements

At The Aesthetic Wellness Center, we believe financial considerations should not be an obstacle to cosmetic surgery. We therefore provide the following payment options: cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or a flexible payment plan through the Cosmetic Fee Plan or Care Credit. Of the total fee, 20% is due on the day the surgery is scheduled. The remaining balance is due three weeks before the scheduled date of surgery. If the balance is not paid in full three weeks before the scheduled date of surgery, the procedure may be cancelled at the discretion of the physician. If you decide to cancel your surgery, please notify our office no fewer than two weeks prior to your scheduled surgery date. If you do not notify our office more than two weeks prior to your scheduled surgery date, there will be a $500.00 non-refundable cancellation fee.
