About Rebecca Anne Hoffey, RN, CNOR Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Rebecca Hoffey, RN started her education at UMass Amherst as one of only 200 students accepted to the chemical engineering program. Wanting to switch careers, she then received her Certification of Surgical Technology at the Worcester Technical Institute. Rebecca completed the Surgical Technology program with a 4.0 GPA, graduating with high honors and receiving several awards for clinical excellence. Rebecca went on to receive her nursing degree from Becker College in Worcester, Massachusetts, graduating again with high honors.
For the past 5 years, Rebecca has been personally trained by Dr. Ahn in aesthetic facial rejuvenation and has been working as his surgical assistant for almost 10 years. As a result of focusing on the most current techniques for cosmetic facial rejuvenation, Rebecca has become one of Massachusetts’ premier Aesthetic Nurse Specialists. Rebecca’s expertise includes aesthetic injectable treatments with Botox and Juvederm as well as cosmetic laser treatments. She is an expert on the Fraxel re:store laser, having personally performed approximately 2000 treatments.
For the 17 years prior to Rebecca’s transition into aesthetic medicine, she worked in a variety of roles in the healthcare field. Since 2001, Rebecca has assisted Dr. Ahn in the operating room with all of his cosmetic surgical procedures. This has allowed Rebecca to serve in the unique position of caring for our clients before, during and after their surgical procedures.
Rebecca continues to remain at the forefront of non- surgical cosmetic rejuvenation by attending national conferences and training seminars. Her compassionate nature, extensive experience, technical skill and caring personality contribute to the overall success of patients' cosmetic treatments here at The Aesthetic Wellness Center.
